Trip to Holy Land, January 2011
10 Days of Biblical Discovery
You are invited to join Pastor Mark and Michelle Brunette from Lamb of God Lutheran Church and School on a 10 day trip to the countryside of the Galilee in Israel. You will be visiting Nazareth the boyhood home of Jesus; Caesarea Philippi where Peter confessed, “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the Living God;” the Mount of Beatitudes; Mount Hermon, possible site of the Transfiguration; the Yardinet Baptismal site on the Jordan River and participate in a baptismal service; the ancient Roman aqueduct in Caesarea; the road of Emmaus; Jerusalem; the Garden of Gethsemane; the Mount of Olives; Bethlehem; the Western Wall; walk the Via Dolorosa “Way of the Cross;” stand at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and visit the Garden Tomb.
